Fulfillment Specialist

Role Overview

We're hiring a Fulfillment Specialist to support the delivery and processing of medical records in a fast-paced operations environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, values accuracy, and is looking for a long-term career path within healthcare operations.

This role primarily focuses on printing, packaging, quality review, and preparing medical records for delivery while following established procedures and privacy standards.

What You'll Be Doing

• Print and package medical records for delivery
• Prepare records and images for secure distribution
• Maintain processing queues and ensure work is completed within established timelines
• Perform quality checks to ensure records are accurate and delivered correctly
• Support basic equipment and system maintenance by identifying and reporting issues
• Follow standard operating procedures and privacy requirements when handling sensitive information
• Assist other operational teams as business needs change
• Support training efforts for team members when needed
• Communicate questions, issues, and updates to leadership as appropriate

Pay, Schedule(REQUIRED AVAILABILITY) & Logistics

• Pay: $17.50/hour
• Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire
• Location: Mesa, Arizona
• Work Setting: Fully On-Site
• Schedule: Monday-Friday
• Must be available to work an 8-hour shift during operating hours of 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM
• Typical shifts may include:
  • 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
  • 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

This position works in a professional office environment that includes packaging, fulfillment, and computer work areas.

Requirements

Must-Have

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Basic computer skills
• Experience using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to follow established processes and procedures
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, production-oriented environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable attendance and professionalism
• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds

Nice-to-Have

• Fulfillment or packaging experience
• Production, assembly line, or warehouse experience
• Inventory management experience
• Data entry experience
• Customer service experience
• Experience working in regulated environments where accuracy and confidentiality are important

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mesa, AZ.

The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $17.50/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
