What You Will Be Doing

• Crafting personalized family experiences that illuminate Alpha's unique educational philosophy and convert interest into enrollment
• Orchestrating the entire admissions journey with responsive, strategic communications that move families forward
• Conducting daily safety protocol reviews, identifying compliance gaps, and coordinating swift resolution
• Building and maintaining relationships with service providers to ensure proactive facility maintenance
• Implementing documentation systems that capture insights and drive continuous improvement

What You Won’t Be Doing

• Participating in ineffective meetings that lack purpose, accountability, or clear outcomes
• Delivering canned presentations—every family interaction will be authentic and individually tailored
• Micromanaging vendors or hunting down documentation that should have been properly processed initially
• Waiting for direction when challenges arise—you'll be empowered to identify issues and implement solutions

Admissions Counselor Key Responsibilities

Champion both enrollment growth and campus excellence by creating meaningful admissions experiences while maintaining an impeccably safe, efficient learning environment that supports Alpha's innovative educational mission.

Basic Requirements

• Proven track record in educational recruitment, admissions management, or family engagement coordination
• Superior communication abilities across all mediums, with a talent for persuasive, empathetic dialogue
• Self-motivated with strong interpersonal awareness and relationship-building capabilities
• Aptitude for or willingness to quickly master operational management fundamentals
• Commitment to working on-site at our Scottsdale, Arizona campus
• Authorization to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship

Nice-to-have Requirements

• Background in regulatory compliance, safety protocols, or facilities oversight
• Comprehensive understanding of the Scottsdale/Phoenix educational landscape and community
• Recognition for exceptional responsiveness and follow-through in professional settings

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $30 USD/hour, which equates to $60,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
