Work Hours: MondayFriday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
- 5+ years of ServiceNow experience as Developer, Analyst, or Technical Lead
- Strong ServiceNow platform, workflow, and configuration expertise
- Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions
- Experience with:
- Notifications
- Catalog Items
- Flow Designer
- Integration Hub
- Knowledge of:
- SSO
- OIDC
- SAML
- REST APIs
- JSON
- ServiceNow Public Sector Digital Services (PSDS)
- Agile/Scrum experience
- Government/public sector experience
- Vendor coordination and technical leadership
