DENTAL TREATMENT COORDINATOR - Glendale

We are a well-established private dental practice in the Glendale, Arizona area, looking for an energetic, organized, and friendly front office receptionist to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

• Patient Care & Interaction:

  • Greet patients with a friendly and professional demeanor, ensuring a positive experience from start to finish.

  • Manage appointment scheduling to ensure smooth patient flow.

  • Handle follow-up appointments and provide reminders to ensure patient retention.

• Office Coordination:

  • Work closely with the dental team to ensure that daily schedules are prepared and ready.

  • Perform general office duties including answering phones, managing office paperwork, and handling faxes.

  • Collect payments and verify payment methods in a timely and efficient manner.

Qualifications:

• Education & Experience:

  • High School Diploma or GED required.

  • Previous dental office experience is required at least 2 years or more

  • Knowledge Dentrix practice management software preferred.

• Skills & Attributes:

  • Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written.

  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail.

  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently

  • Friendly, professional attitude with outstanding customer service skills.

  • Proficiency in dental terminology and administrative duties.

  • Positive attitude and team-oriented approach.
