Key Responsibilities

Consult with clients to understand their travel goals, preferences, and budget

Create personalized leisure travel itineraries and package recommendations

Research and book flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities using approved systems

Provide clear, accurate travel information and professional guidance

Communicate with clients via phone, email, and online messaging platforms

Manage booking adjustments, special requests, and service inquiries efficiently

Maintain accurate client records and reservation documentation

Participate in ongoing training and virtual team meetings
