About the Role:
As an Automotive Sales Representative at Rockys Auto in Phoenix, AZ, you will play a pivotal role in driving vehicle sales and delivering exceptional customer service. Your primary objective will be to connect with prospective buyers, understand their automotive needs, and guide them through the purchasing process to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. You will be responsible for maintaining in-depth knowledge of our vehicle inventory, pricing, and financing options to provide accurate and persuasive information. This role requires building and nurturing long-term relationships with customers, fostering trust and repeat business. Ultimately, your efforts will contribute directly to the dealership’s growth and reputation within the community.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in automotive sales or a related customer-facing sales role.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Experience with automotive CRM software and sales tracking tools.
- Knowledge of vehicle financing and leasing options.
- Previous experience working in a dealership environment.
- Bilingual abilities, particularly in Spanish, to better serve diverse customer base.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and engage customers promptly and professionally upon arrival at the dealership.
- Assess customer needs and preferences to recommend suitable vehicles and options.
- Conduct detailed product presentations and test drives to highlight vehicle features and benefits.
- Negotiate sales terms, pricing, and financing options to close deals effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups using dealership CRM systems.
- Collaborate with the finance and service departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new vehicle models, and competitive offerings to provide informed advice.
- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and promotional events to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
