• 2-3 years of experience supporting recruiting, HR operations, or talent acquisition processes
• Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-moving environment
• Proven experience coordinating interviews and working with candidates, recruiters, and hiring teams across different locations and time zones
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on delivering a positive candidate experience
• Demonstrates discretion and professionalism when handling confidential or sensitive information
• Detail-focused with solid critical thinking skills and a track record of following tasks through to completion
• Strong coordination and scheduling skills, with the ability to manage multiple interviews and calendars simultaneously
• Excellent organizational abilities with a high level of attention to detail
• Clear and professional communication skills when interacting with candidates, hiring managers, and internal teams
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think proactively when issues arise
• Comfortable using recruiting systems, calendars, and collaboration tools (ATS experience is a plus)
• Reliable follow-through and strong sense of accountability
