Role Overview

The Bilingual Marketing Specialist plays a key role in building awareness, engagement, and trust with Risas Dental and Braces’ patient community. This role is responsible for creating and managing compelling bilingual content across social media platforms, supporting brand campaigns, and engaging audiences through culturally relevant storytelling. The position partners closely with marketing teammates and local offices to ensure consistent, high-quality brand representation.

What You’ll Do

● Create, curate, and publish high-quality bilingual (English/Spanish) content, including short-form video

● Manage social media calendars and daily posting across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube

● Engage with audiences by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely, brand-aligned manner

● Ensure consistent brand voice and visual identity across all channels

● Collaborate with the Marketing team and field offices to support campaigns and initiatives

● Oversee social media projects, timelines, and deliverables Travel to Risas events and locations to capture content and represent the brand

● Track and analyze performance metrics (engagement, reach, impressions, conversions)

● Test, optimize, and refine content strategies to maximize engagement and ROI

● Stay current on dental and healthcare marketing trends to keep content relevant and competitive

What We’re Looking For

● Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written)

● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Health, or related field preferred

● 5+ years of experience producing marketing content and campaigns

● Proven experience in social media content creation (healthcare experience a plus)

● Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and trends

● Confident shooting and editing video content

● Proficient with Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, or similar tools

● Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills

● Experience using social media management and project management tools

● Creative, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment

● Passion for connecting with audiences and telling meaningful brand stories

Schedule, Location & Travel

● Full-time, hybrid role

● Based in Central Phoenix, AZ

● 3 days onsite / 2 days remote

● Occasional travel to Phoenix, Tucson, Denver, Las Vegas, and San Antonio
