Clinic RN Coordinator

The RN Office Coordinator is a licensed Registered Nurse who plays a key role in coordinating clinical operations within a medical office setting. This position combines nursing expertise with administrative responsibilities to ensure efficient patient care, staff coordination, and compliance with healthcare standards.


Key Responsibilities:
Clinical Oversight:

• Provide direct patient care, including assessments, triage, and education.
• Support providers during procedures, exams, and administrative tasks.
• Supervise and support medical assistants.
• Coordinate daily office operations to ensure smooth workflow.
• Serve as a liaison between clinical staff, providers, and administrative personnel.
• Manage patient scheduling, referrals, and follow-ups.
• Ensure accurate documentation in electronic health records (EHR).
• Monitor inventory of medical supplies and coordinate ordering.
• Ensure adherence to infection control, safety, and HIPAA regulations.
• Maintain current knowledge of nursing best practices and office protocols.

Qualifications:

• Current RN license in Arizona.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience (ambulatory or office setting preferred).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus.

Working Conditions:

• Office-based clinical environment.
• May require occasional lifting or standing for extended periods.
• Regular interaction with patients, staff, and providers.
