Here is what we expect of our Bartenders at Drybar:

• We expect Bartenders to lead the client's experience from start to finish ensuring Drybar standards are upheld.
• We expect Bartenders to provide an over-the-top client experience to every single client.
• We expect Bartenders to educate and sell memberships - It's so easy because our clients love us!
• We expect Bartenders to organize and execute shop flow between clients and stylists
• We expect Bartenders to communicate effectively with clients, co-workers and the shop leadership team.
• We expect Bartenders to work at a sustained, fast pace with a positive demeanor.
• We expect Bartenders to participate in Shop duties. Side work includes activities: laundry, sweeping, dusting and other general shop cleaning.

We are looking for a Bartender who:

• Works to meet and exceed team and individual sales goals.
• Exibits strong communication skills.
• Has the ability to work with and be a part of a team.
• Has a 'can-do' attitude.
• Thrives in a fast paced environment.
• Takes and implements feedback.
• Can stand for the duration of a 6-8 hour shift.
