The A-to-Z Sales Process

Our consultants manage the entire customer journey, delivering a seamless and personalized experience from start to finish:

• Initial Customer Engagement Welcoming clients and understanding their needs
• Vehicle Selection Matching customers with the right vehicle for their lifestyle and budget
• Test Drives Conducting informative and engaging demonstrations
• Product Presentation Showcasing features, benefits, and Honda brand value
• Trade-In Evaluation Coordinating appraisals with our valuation team
• Financing & Protection Options Presenting flexible solutions and coverage options
• Documentation & Compliance Ensuring accurate and timely paperwork completion
• Vehicle Delivery Final walk-through and key hand-off
• Post-Sale Follow-Up Maintaining relationships to ensure satisfaction and generate referrals

• Competitive base pay plus performance-based bonuses
