Production Associate
The Production Associate is a key member of the International Filter Inc. team and reports directly to the General Manager. This role supports daily production and warehouse operations, including product assembly, inventory management, and order processing. The Production Associate is responsible for ensuring products are assembled accurately, packaged properly, and prepared for shipment while maintaining organized inventory and supporting overall operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble water softeners, filters, and conditioners according to company standards
- Package small parts and kits for production and shipment
- Create and manage production orders in SAP
- Receive incoming stock and ensure proper storage and organization
- Assist with inventory cycle counts to maintain accurate stock levels
- Process outbound deliveries in SAP to support timely order fulfillment
