Position Overview
A well-established, physician-led women’s health practice in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible OB/GYN Physician to join its growing, multidisciplinary team. This full-scope role combines outpatient care, gynecologic surgery, and inpatient obstetrics, supported by certified nurse midwives, APPs, and experienced clinical staff.
The practice emphasizes a mission-driven, patient-centered environment where collaboration, inclusivity, and clinical excellence are prioritized.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $275,000 – $350,000 annually (based on experience)
- Incentive Model: Productivity and collections-based bonuses
- Sign-On / Relocation Assistance: Up to $10,000, customized to candidate needs

Primary Responsibilities
- Deliver preventive and routine gynecologic care in an outpatient setting
- Manage prenatal care, labor and delivery, and postpartum follow-up
- Perform gynecologic procedures, including cesarean sections and minimally invasive surgeries
- Diagnose and treat a wide range of gynecologic conditions
- Participate in shared call coverage
- Collaborate with CNMs, APPs, and hospital partners to optimize patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EHR
- Engage in clinical quality and safety initiatives
Candidate Qualifications
Required:
- MD or DO from an accredited U.S. medical school
- Completion of an ACGME-accredited OB/GYN residency
- Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
- Eligible for medical licensure in Arizona
Preferred:
- Experience or interest in minimally invasive gynecologic surgery
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
- Commitment to community-based, patient-focused care
