### Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare individual, business, and trust & estate tax returns.
- Collaborate with clients and team members on tax preparation and strategic planning.
- Conduct tax research and resolve accounting issues as needed.
- Perform final reviews of tax returns and suggest necessary adjustments before filing.
- Assist clients with IRS, state, and other governmental requests or audits.
- Maintain strong client relationships through clear communication and exceptional service.
- Ensure compliance with professional standards and all applicable tax regulations.

### What We're Looking For:

### Qualifications:
- 5+ years of tax preparation and research experience, with a focus on income tax returns preferred.
- 1+ year of final tax return sign-off experience.
- Active CPA license or EA certification.
- Experience with tax and accounting software (Lacerte and QuickBooks preferred), as well as MS Office Suite (Word, Excel) and Adobe.

### Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive base salary: $90,000 - $110,000 annually.
