Safety Upgrade Program Manager - Remote

We're looking for a Safety Upgrade Program Manager to lead a strategic initiative focused on enhancing customer adoption and ensuring a seamless transition from legacy systems to modern safety technologies.

In this role, you'll manage upgrade schedules, track feature releases, and oversee quality and issue resolution. You'll work closely with product, sales, and customer support teams to provide an outstanding upgrade experience. What You'll Do:

Upgrade Program Strategy & Planning

Develop and implement a structured upgrade program to transition customers to advanced safety solutions.

Manage upgrade schedules, ensuring alignment with growth targets and market demand.

Collaborate with product teams to track and communicate release timelines, ensuring smooth customer transitions.

Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure upgrade success, customer satisfaction, and adoption rates.

Sales Cycle Management for Upgrades

Support the sales team in guiding customers through the upgrade process, providing necessary resources and tracking progress.

Maintain visibility into the upgrade pipeline and report on key milestones.

Work closely with sales and customer success teams to proactively address customer concerns and ensure a smooth transition.

Adoption Monitoring & Quality Management

Monitor customer adoption trends, track usage metrics, and gather feedback to drive product improvements.

Establish a quality management process for upgrades, identifying recurring challenges and facilitating feedback loops with product and support teams.

Manage issue escalation and resolution, ensuring quick response times and a high level of customer satisfaction.

Conduct regular reviews of adoption rates and customer feedback to refine program strategies.

Cross-functional Collaboration & Communication

Serve as the primary point of contact for safety upgrade initiatives, ensuring seamless collaboration between product, sales, support, and marketing teams.

Provide regular status updates to leadership, highlighting program progress, challenges, and impact.

Work with marketing and customer success teams to develop training materials and customer resources that enhance the upgrade experience.

Who You'll Work With:

This role requires strong coordination across multiple teams to align expectations and drive decision-making. You'll collaborate with:

Executive Leadership - Senior leaders responsible for product and business strategy.

Product & Technical Teams - Including product managers, technical sales, and customer success specialists.

Sales & Support Teams - To assist with upgrade adoption and address customer concerns.

Engineering & Development Teams - To track and resolve technical issues.

What You Bring:

Required:

5+ years of experience in program management, product management, or sales enablement, preferably in technology or industrial sectors.

A track record of managing complex upgrade or adoption programs, including coordinating feature releases and tracking adoption metrics.

Familiarity with product lifecycle management and experience using project management tools (e.g., Jira, Salesforce, Asana).

Strong analytical and organizational skills, with experience in monitoring KPIs and improving product quality.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and engage with customers.

A proactive problem-solving mindset with a drive for achieving successful program outcomes.

Preferred:

Experience in the mining industry and knowledge of mining safety systems.

Background in managing sales quotas or revenue-driven initiatives.

Travel Requirements:

This is a remote position, but travel may be required up to 50% of the time for visits to company office locations and client sites.
