As a Security Supervisor – Tactical, physical ability is essential as you will be moving around your entire shift, patrolling environments such as hospitals, retail stores, airports, detention centers, etc.

• Site Location: Phoenix, Arizona
• Set schedule, we have 1 shift available:
  • Shift 1 - Full time, Wednesday 3rd Shift 11:00pm to 5:00am and Thursday through Saturday 3rd Shift 5:00pm to 5:00am (42 hours per week)

Responsibilities of Tactical Security Supervisor

• You are responsible for overseeing the inside operations or outside operations.
• You will address complaints from patients, families, client staff, and GardaWorld staff.
• Perform regular patrols for majority of shift to identify potential risks, working indoors and outdoors
• Customer service duties like welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors
• Ability to multitask and prioritize calls for service
• Ability to interact with patients, families, visitors, and staff in a professional manner
• Ability to work overtime when needed or required and hold over if not properly relieved by another employee
• Able to use stairs, push/pull, and safely restrain patients using approved and certified techniques
• Verify identities and control access to secure areas
• Check the proper functioning of alarms and cameras
• Document incidents and actions taken
• Respond to alarms and conduct on-site checks
• Collaborate with law enforcement during serious incidents
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

Qualifications of Tactical Security Supervisor

• You have an AZ Unarmed Security License (Required)
• You have 2 years of previous Supervisor experience in Security, Military, or Law Enforcement (Required)
• You have a valid Driver's License and Clean Driving Record (Required)
• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
• First aid certification is an asset
• Ability to stand and walk for the entire shift
