Position Summary:

As a Carpet Cleaner, you play a key role in upholding our high standards of cleanliness and presentation across guest rooms, meeting spaces, and public areas. This position ensures that all carpeted and upholstered surfaces reflect the quality and care our guests expect.

• Clean and maintain carpets, rugs, and upholstered furniture throughout the resort, including guest rooms, corridors, and public spaces
• Operate carpet cleaning equipment such as extractors, steam cleaners, and vacuums in a safe and efficient manner
• Perform stain removal and spot treatments using proper techniques and approved cleaning solutions
• Support deep cleaning initiatives and preventative maintenance programs to preserve the life and appearance of flooring and furnishings
• Identify and report maintenance concerns or heavily worn areas to leadership
• Ensure all work is completed with minimal disruption to guests, maintaining a quiet and respectful presence in occupied areas
• Properly handle and store cleaning chemicals in accordance with safety and brand standards
• Assist the Housekeeping team with additional cleaning duties as needed

• Previous experience in carpet cleaning, housekeeping, or a related field preferred
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining luxury-level cleanliness standards
• Ability to operate and care for commercial cleaning equipment
• Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including weekends and holidays

• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, and use of cleaning equipment for extended periods
