YOUR ROLE:

As our Front Desk - Guest Services Associate, you step into the inviting atmosphere of the front desk, where each day begins with the thrill of new connections waiting to unfold. Greeting guests with a warm smile, you become their first point of contact, crafting a memorable welcome that sets the tone for their stay. You navigate the bustling check-in and check-out process, ensuring efficiency while adding a personal touch that makes each guest feel genuinely valued. OUR REQUIREMENTS:

• High school diploma or equivalent OR 5+ years in a similar role
• Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a hotel or resort setting
• Friendly, professional, and committed to providing excellent customer service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
