**Job Title:** Aircraft Structures Mechanic **Job Description:** We're seeking a skilled Structures Mechanic to join a reputable organization in the aviation industry. This role involves servicing, repairing, and troubleshooting aircraft and engines to ensure safety and performance. Candidates will work on a variety of aircraft types and must be familiar with industry standards and technical documentation. **Responsibilities:** + Repair, replace, and rebuild aircraft structures and systems. + Assemble and install components including electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and structural parts. + Calibrate and align aircraft systems using appropriate tools and equipment. + Operate machinery such as shears, brakes, welding tools, rivet guns, and drills. + Reference and apply technical data and maintenance manuals. + Disassemble aircraft components and engines following established procedures. **Essential Skills:** + High school diploma or GED. + Minimum of 4 years of experience in aircraft maintenance. + Experience with commercial or cargo aircraft preferred. + Flexibility to work various shifts. + Valid A license required **Additional Qualifications:** + Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask. + Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform tasks requiring bending, kneeling, and prolonged standing. + Ability to climb ladders and work at heights. + Valid driver's license. **Why Join Us?** Enjoy a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability coverage, and retirement plans.
