Soldering Technician

Location: On-site – Chandler, AZ
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Soldering Technician to join a collaborative and fast-growing production team. In this role, you’ll perform precision soldering and assembly on a range of electronic and cable products. Key Responsibilities

• Perform fine-pitch soldering, wire crimping, and PCB connector installation
• Assemble small box builds and thermomold cable connectors
• Read and interpret blueprints, wire diagrams, and detailed assembly instructions
• Work on multiple final assembly projects simultaneously
• Use hand tools and test equipment to ensure product quality and accuracy
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on soldering experience (fine electronics or cable assemblies preferred)
• Ability to read and follow blueprints and assembly documentation
• IPC/WHMA-A-620 or J-STD-001 certification preferred
• • Certification sponsorship available for qualified candidates
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
• Reliable, team-oriented, and able to work on-site full-time
