POSITION SUMMARY: The Night Crew Clerk is an important position within the store and works an overnight or graveyard shift. The role is key in creating and maintaining our high standards for a great shopping experience by the time our store opens its doors for our customers. The Night Crew Clerk position is responsible for creating a well-stocked and merchandised store. The role will be responsible for placing the product on the shelves for our customers to purchase.



ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The essential duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:
* Always works safely and follows all established safety guidelines and procedures;* Operates heavy machinery such as forklifts, jacks, etc.;* Moves product from receiving or storage areas to shipping or to other designated areas;* Breaks down and restacks product from pallets;* Stocks and merchandises shelves and displays per schematics;* Assists in counting physical inventory;* Maintains a clean and sanitary operating environment;* Ability to reach grocery stocking performance metrics;* Performs other duties as required or requested by management.



SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
* High School Diploma or equivalent;* Grocery/produce experience is preferred;* Customer Service experience is preferred.

The physical demands and work conditions below represent those that must be met to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Some requirements may be modified to accommodate individuals with disabilities:
* Able to work prolonged periods of time in an environment with fluctuating temperature ranges;* Able to stand prolonged periods of time;* Able to frequently lift up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift up to 75lbs with or without assistance;* Able to work over night shift (ranging shifts start time from 7pm to 7am next day);* Available to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends & holidays.
