Location: Phoenix, AZ
Salary: $90,000 Base + Uncapped Commission

We're looking for a driven, relationship-focused HVAC Project Sales Representative to join our team in the Phoenix market. If you have experience selling commercial or industrial HVAC projects and enjoy building long-term client relationships, this is an opportunity to earn a strong base salary with unlimited commission while representing high-quality solutions.

What You'll Do

• Develop and grow relationships with commercial building owners, property managers, general contractors, and facility managers.
• Identify and pursue new HVAC project opportunities throughout the Phoenix metro area.
• Generate project estimates and proposals for equipment replacements, retrofits, and system upgrades.
• Manage projects from initial customer meeting through contract award.
• Collaborate with estimating, engineering, and operations teams to deliver successful projects.
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline and consistently meet or exceed revenue goals.
• Represent the company with professionalism and exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HVAC project sales or commercial HVAC industry experience preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Strong understanding of HVAC equipment, systems, and construction processes.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build lasting customer relationships.
• Valid driver's license with the ability to travel throughout the Phoenix area.

• Commercial HVAC replacement projects
• Mechanical contracting
• Design-build sales
• Plan and specification work
• Energy efficiency and retrofit projects
• CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
