Job Summary

Eastridge is hiring a Picker/Packer to join an electronic manufacturing company in Chandler, AZ. This role involves a variety of distribution center activities, including packing, shipping, receiving, order fulfillment, and inventory support. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, dependable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill orders from stored inventory, meeting customer requirements and inspection/testing processes.
• Ship orders within established timelines and complete all required documentation.
• Communicate with the supervisor regarding any fulfillment issues or delays.
• Receive, unpack, and inspect incoming materials; verify shipments against documentation.
• Return defective materials as needed.
• Ensure accuracy of packing lists, shipping labels, and related documents.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Less than one year of related work experience is acceptable.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and repetitively lift up to 50 lbs without assistance.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions.
• Overtime may be required based on business needs.
• Forklift certification may be required.
• Must meet visual acuity standards if performing final inspections.
