Were looking for a skilled Landscape Construction Lead Technician to supervise our installation crews and drive project excellence. Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and mentor a team installing landscape construction projects on schedule and to design specifications
- Oversee quality control, safety compliance, and efficient equipment use on site
- Coordinate logistics, material tracking, and crew assignments
- Ensure adherence to company and client standards throughout project phases
- Minimum 3 years verifiable experience as a lead technician in landscape construction
- Strong skills in irrigation systems, low voltage lighting, hardscaping, grading, plant identification and planting, and equipment operation
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; must provide current DMV report
- OSHA 10 certification helpful; ALCA or similar certifications a plus
