What You Will Be Doing

• Architect and orchestrate comprehensive IEPs that meet Arizona state standards while embracing our innovative learning model
• Design and implement creative accommodation strategies that work seamlessly in our virtual environment
• Ignite student passion through dynamic virtual workshops focused on real-world skills like entrepreneurship and creative expression
• Provide transformative one-on-one and small group coaching sessions that build student independence and confidence
• Partner with our forward-thinking team to continuously enhance our support systems for exceptional learners

Special Education Instructional Coach Key Responsibilities

Basic Requirements

• Current Arizona resident with valid Arizona Special Education teaching certification (non-negotiable)
• Proven track record of 3+ years crafting and managing effective IEPs
• Demonstrated expertise in SPED compliance and accommodation coordination
• Verified success working with middle-grade students (ages 8-14)
• Exceptional virtual presence with confident on-camera communication abilities
• Adaptable mindset with enthusiasm for technology-driven education

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $30 USD/hour, which equates to $60,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
