FAST is a division of Foothills Sports Medicine Physical Therapy and Confluent Health. This program was developed in 2003 after recognizing that many patients were looking to maintain an active lifestyle once their physical therapy treatment was completed. With customized workouts tailored to your budget and fitness level, FAST personal trainers have the expertise to get you up and on your way to achieving your fitness goals—FAST!

FAST is looking for a Personal Trainer at our Ahwatukee clinic in Phoenix!

Clinic Location:15410 S. Mountain Parkway Phoenix, AZ 85044

Pay: $19-$22/hr commensurate with experience.

Schedule: Full Time - 30-40 hours per week. flexible hours M-F.

You'll Achieve Success By:

• Design and deliver individualized fitness programs for post-rehabilitation clients transitioning from physical therapy to independent training

• Collaborate with Physical Therapists to ensure safe, effective continuity of care aligned with each client’s goals and limitations

• Coach proper exercise technique, movement mechanics, and injury-prevention strategies to support long-term health and performance

• Monitor client progress and adjust programs to drive results while maintaining safety and quality of movement

• Build strong client relationships and promote ongoing engagement in FAST fitness and performance services

Qualifications:

Current nationally recognized Personal Training certification (NASM, ACE, ACSM, NSCA, or equivalent)
