ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2023 and currently lead a team of three. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I was an Agent Aspirant in my mom's agency, where I developed a passion for helping customers and building a successful team. I'm a UCLA graduate, love dogs, movies, and trying new restaurants, and I'm proud to be married to a veteran.

Giving back is important to our agency. Each quarter, our team volunteers with different organizations throughout the community, and we enjoy finding ways to make a positive impact beyond the office.

As a Customer Service Representative with Annaise Swearingen - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance business. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agent team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Answer customer inquiries and requests.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Dedicated to customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
