About this role
The Hygiene Coordinator is responsible for managing and maintaining a full, efficient hygiene schedule while supporting a smooth patient experience. This role focuses on appointment coordination, patient communication, insurance verification, and recall management to ensure continuity of care and high hygiene production.
- Maintain accurate recall and follow-up notes
- Ensure appointments are properly prepared and documented
- Monitor and manage schedule gaps to maintain productivity
Hours-
Monday- 9AM-3PM
Tuesday- Wednesday 11AM-7PM
Thursday-Friday 7AM-3PM
