CLIENT REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
* Bachelor's degree in Special Education or related field.
* Arizona State Certification in Special Education (K-12).
* Classroom experience, especially with diverse learning needs.
* Familiarity with IEP (Individualized Education Plan) development and implementation.

CLIENT REQUIRED DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY
* Create individualized education plans for students based on assessments and parent input, ensuring academic and behavioral goals are tailored to each student.
* Teach students in small groups or one-on-one in self-contained and resource classrooms, focusing on academic and life skills.
* Work closely with general education teachers, specialists, and parents to monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies.
* Implement positive behavior interventions and strategies to support students in managing behavior and creating a safe learning environment.
* Conduct regular assessments of students' academic and behavioral progress, adjusting instruction as needed.
* Maintain accurate records of student performance, IEP meetings, and other required documentation, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
