The Cliffs Notes

As the Financial Operations Analyst at Kinective, you will be instrumental in analyzing client and financial data, supporting operational processes, and contributing to strategic decision making by providing actionable insight. The position will report to the Director of Financial Operations, Accounting.

What You’ll Own

  • Ensuring that the book to bill process is accurate and timely
  • Reviewing contracts, booking opportunities, and quotes for accuracy prior to approval.
  • Engaging with Sales and Implementation teams on systematic procedures/flows that affect finance
  • Reviewing and responding to clients with invoicing and/or contract questions/concerns
  • Internal auditing of bookings to billings
  • Assisting with partner revenue share reporting
  • Attending weekly team status calls
  • Assisting Director with special projects

Requirements

Necessary Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of industry experience, skill/tool experience

The Team

In this role, you would be a part of the Finance team and reporting to the Director of Financial Operations, Accounting.
