Qualifications and Experience:

• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist
• Previous experience in school settings or with pediatric populations preferred
• Ability to adapt therapeutic strategies to support students’ individual needs
• Strong communication skills for collaboration with educators, support staff, and families
• Creative problem-solving skills and a passion for fostering student growth

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver evidence-based occupational therapy services to students, both individually and in small groups
• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans that address students’ fine motor, sensory, and functional skill needs
• Collaborate with teachers and multidisciplinary teams to create supportive learning environments
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in accordance with school and regulatory guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of student goals
• Educate school personnel and families on strategies to help students succeed in the classroom
