Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Call Center Representativeto join our client’s team and deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced healthcare environment. This remote, temp-to-hireposition plays a critical role in supporting patients and healthcare providers by managing inquiries, scheduling, and ensuring accurate information flow. Starting in February, this opportunity offers flexibility and the chance to make a meaningful impact in patient care.

Compensation:
$20.00 per hour

Work Schedule:
Part-time: 20–25 hours per week, Monday through Friday. Shifts are 4–5 hours each, scheduled between 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM Arizona Time.

Key Responsibilities of the Call Center Representative:

• Respond to inbound and outbound calls, providing accurate and professional assistance
• Process data entry from calls, emails, and faxes into internal systems
• Coordinate with multiple departments to support referral processes and resolve issues
• De-escalate challenging situations and ensure customer satisfaction
• Comply with company, state, and federal healthcare guidelines

Qualifications and Skills for the Call Center Representative:

• Must be at least 18 years old with a High School Diploma or GED; some college preferred
• Minimum 1 year of inbound/outbound call experience in a call center or healthcare setting
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and accurate typing
• Ability to manage high call volumes while maintaining attention to detail
• Secure home workspace with high-speed internet; self-directed and able to work independently
