A well-established General Contractor based in Surprise, AZ, is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Business Operations Assistant to support day-to-day office operations. This part-time position offers flexible hours, twenty to thirty hours, designed to accommodate family schedules, making it ideal for someone looking to balance professional responsibilities with personal commitments.

Key Responsibilities Include:

· Answer and direct incoming calls; manage voicemails.

· Schedule estimate appointments and coordinate with team members.

· Create and maintain job files, folders, and documentation systems.

· Assist clients with login issues and share project updates.

· Maintain trade partner files and ensure compliance documentation is up to date.

· Manage company email inbox with a goal of zero unread messages daily.

· Greet clients and visitors professionally and courteously.

· Support leadership and staff by making calls, sending emails, scheduling appointments, and printing documents as needed.

· Organize and file receipts and invoices.

· Make payments via phone or email.

· Enter credit card transactions and maintain expense records.

· Run errands including bank deposits, post office, and supply runs.

· Keep the office organized and stocked with beverages for staff and guests.
