Outpatient Physical Therapist (PT) | Peridot, AZ
Join a supportive outpatient clinic where your expertise helps patients move better and live stronger every day. We’re seeking an experienced Outpatient Physical Therapist to work alongside two full-time PTs in a collaborative and patient-focused environment.
Schedule Options:
4x10s or 5x8s available
What You’ll Do:
Evaluate and treat outpatient orthopedic and rehabilitation patients
Manage a daily caseload of approximately 10–15 patients
Develop personalized treatment plans focused on recovery and mobility
Collaborate with fellow PTs to deliver exceptional patient care
What You’ll Bring:
Strong outpatient physical therapy experience required
Active Physical Therapist license required
Excellent communication and patient care skills
Ability to thrive in a team-oriented clinical setting
