MISS A is growing fast, and we're looking for a reliable, upbeat Key Holder to join our team at Tucson Mall . As a Key Holder, you'll be trusted with opening and closing the store, handling cash, and keeping the team on task and the floor looking its best. It's a part-time role perfect for someone dependable who's ready to step up and lead.

What You'll Do

• Open and/or close the store — trusted with keys, the alarm, and cash.
• Handle cash responsibly: counting tills, preparing deposits, and managing the safe.
• Lead the floor and keep the team on task when a manager isn't present.
• Deliver an exceptional, welcoming shopping experience to every customer.
• Keep the sales floor full, recovered, clean, and on-brand.
• Resolve customer and coworker situations with a calm, solutions-first approach.

What You'll Bring

• Must be at least 17 years old.
• Availability for a part-time schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Availability for opening and/or closing shifts.
• Comfort with cash handling — tills, deposits, and safe.
• Ability to stand and move for a full shift and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Customer service or retail experience is a plus — but not required.
• Dependability, trustworthiness, and initiative.
