Who You Are • You bring athorough understanding of food and beverage operations, especially within luxury, spa, or resort environments. • You are amotivational leaderwith exceptional communication skills and the ability to coach, evaluate, and inspire your team. • You haveknowledge of beer, wine, and spirits, and ideally, experience with barista and coffee bar operations. • You are organized, proactive, and able to workflexible and extended hours, including weekends and holidays. • You thrive in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment and are committed to creating meaningful experiences through service.
