Job Details:- High volume experience.
- Able to handle expo without supervision.
- Able to identify and coordinate composed plates for service.
- Ability to communicate dishes to guests.
- Positive attitude at all times with guests and their needs.
- Ability to identify guest needs while running food.
- Full availability for weekend shifts.
- Able to manage food runners and coordinate with the Executive Chef.
