Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current state SLP license or eligibility for licensure
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, but strong CFY candidates are welcome
• Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting is highly valued
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration abilities

Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive speech and language therapy services to students across a range of ages and abilities
• Conduct screenings, assessments, and evaluations to develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to tailor interventions and track student progress
• Maintain accurate records, documentation, and progress notes in accordance with district and state guidelines
• Contribute to multi-disciplinary teams and participate in annual IEP and eligibility meetings
• Provide training and support to school staff regarding speech and language development
