Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Understand customer needs and guide them through the vehicle selection and purchasing process.
- Conduct test drives and effectively present vehicle features and benefits.
- Negotiate and close deals to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business and referrals.
Requirements:
- Previous automotive sales experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Results-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve and exceed sales goals.
- Ability to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
