Sales Support Specialist

Akkodis is seeking a Sales Support Specialist for a Fulltime position.

Salary Range: $40,000 to $50,000/ Year (The salary may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors)

Location: Remote (Travel at least one a month-to Boothwyn to a show or conference)

GENERAL OVERVIEW

The Sales Support Specialist plays a crucial role by providing technical product knowledge, managing customer inquiries, developing and nurturing agent partner relationships, and ensuring smooth order processing. This position involves collaborating with both customers, partners, and internal teams to address product-related concerns, resolve issues, and help streamline the sales process. The Sales Support Specialist will also maintain product inventory, provide timely quotes, assist in product demonstrations, and ensure customers receive the highest level of support throughout their purchasing journey.

Experience

• Previous Experience in Sales Support : 1-3 years in a sales support, customer service, or technical support role, preferably within the tech or hardware industry.
• Experience with POS Systems : Prior exposure to point-of-sale products and solutions, either through hands‑on experience or previous roles in related industries.
• Sales Team Collaboration : Experience working in tandem with a sales team to help achieve revenue targets and streamline the sales process.
• Customer‑Facing Experience (Video calls) : Demonstrated ability to interact professionally with clients, answering product inquiries, and addressing concerns.
