The White Lily Group is proud to represent a well-established in-home senior care organization seeking a driven Business Development Manager to fuel growth in the Goodyear, AZ market. Our client is dedicated to delivering compassionate, personalized care that enhances the quality of life for seniors and their families, and they need an exceptional relationship-builder to expand their reach in the community.This is a hybrid outside sales role with significant earning potential for the right candidate. High performers who build strong referral pipelines and maintain client retention will access the upper end of this compensation range through a robust bonus structure. About the Role The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving community outreach, implementing effective marketing strategies, and building lasting relationships with referral sources to grow the organization's client base. Expect to make 10–15 in-person connections per day with referral partners throughout your assigned territory and surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to promote in-home care services within the territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources including hospitals, senior centers, physicians, case managers, and community organizations.
- Represent the organization at community events, health fairs, and networking groups.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with the internal care coordination team to ensure a seamless client onboarding experience.
- Leverage digital marketing tools (social media, SEO, and email campaigns) to enhance brand visibility.
- Maintain accurate records and prospect data in CRM.
Qualifications
- 2–3 years of sales, marketing, or business development experience required; home healthcare, home care, or senior care experience strongly preferred.
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred, not required.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and platforms.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $70,000 – $100,000/year (performance-driven; see bonus structure above)
- Quarterly Performance Bonus: Up to 60% of base salary based on performance and client retention (30-day minimum retention applies)
- New Client Bonus: $750 per new client placed on service
- Referral Bonus: $50
- Monthly Vehicle Stipend: $250
- Monthly Cell Phone Stipend: $50
