Looking for an administrative assistant to work in a financial office, helping our customers get where they need to go. Involves a variety of tasks as we overlap and help each other in our small team. The position has administrative duties centered around customer interaction and detail orientated work. Valued skills are professional customer service in person and over the phone, detail-oriented mindset, creative problem-solving , typing proficiency (>45 words per minute), and comfort with Microsoft Word , Excel , and Adobe pdf . We are looking for someone who is trustworthy, curious, creative, disciplined, and who thrives on change . That said, we do believe that attitude matters most, and everything else can be trained.
We are expanding the team as we find more work and grow the company. We are looking for a long-term core member of our team who we can work with, learn with, and grow with for years.
Open office hours are Monday-Thursday 8:30am-5:30pm with flexibility as needed.
