Card Collections Team Leader (Tempe Arizona)

Job responsibilities
- Resolve complex and escalated employee and customer problems and inquires
- Operate with urgency and meet deadlines
- Focus on the customer, the organization's business goals and systems
- Recommend and implement enhancements to improve effectiveness and efficiency of services and systems
- Execution of control initiatives
- Interpret and analyze data
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Minimum of two years management in Collections
- Previous financial experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Experience managing in a call center environment, preferably in Collections
- Experience in a large department or group within an Operations function
- Advanced proficiency with computer functions strongly preferred
- Bachelor's Degree
- Bilingual would be a plus
