About the Position
Shift
- AM shift , Monday–Friday
- 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (5×8 hrs)
- No on‑call
- May float to Main Campus and Rosenberg locations
Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient pediatric nursing care in Hematology & Oncology
- Support patient assessments, treatments, and follow‑up care
- Float between assigned pediatric outpatient locations as needed
- Maintain compliance with facility safety, masking, and vaccination protocols
Requirements

Required
- Two‑year (ADN) degree , four‑year BSN , or Diploma Nursing degree
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or currently enrolled in an RN‑to‑BSN program
- Current State of Arizona RN license
- or RN license from a compact state with multistate privileges
- or ability to obtain AZ licensure before start date
- Current BLS (AHA) – Healthcare Provider
Preferred
- Pediatric experience
- PALS or PEARS certification (may be required within 90 days depending on department)
Vaccination / Compliance
- COVID‑19 vaccination recommended
- Flu vaccination required Oct–Apr
- Flu exemption must be approved prior to start
- If not vaccinated (flu or COVID‑19):
- Must sign Declination & Masking Protocol
- Must mask during respiratory virus season
