We are seeking a Lead School Facility Custodian And Maintenance to join our team!

Must be someone of high integrity, hard working, and skilled and willling in all areas of School Maintenance. This is an excellent opportunity for the right individual, as we have an amazing team and need someone to take the lead and help us have a safe and well maintained campus for our students!

Responsibilities:

• Keep buildings in clean, sanitized, and orderly condition
• Perform heavy cleaning duties such as cleaning floors and shampooing rugs
• Perform routine maintenance tasks: plumbing, electrical, troubleshooting
• Organize custodial closets and spaces
• Maintain working condition of all school equipment
• Campus safety oversight: Safety, Fire, Emergency Response plans and oversight
• Reporting to and special projects from CEO and Board of Directors
• Must be available for after hour alarm calls - after hour, weekends for campus needs to include vendor schedules

​ Qualifications:

• Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, or other related fields
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills
• Basic troubleshooting & tasks in in Carpentry, Electrical, Plumbing, Landscaping
• Professionalism and Integrity
• Tolerance & Teamwork
• Strong communication skills both oral and written
