ServiceMaster Building Services is seeking an experienced and motivated Supervisor to oversee janitorial operations across multiple schools within the Tanque Verde School District. This position plays a key role in maintaining high cleaning standards ensuring safety and supporting our team of custodians through effective leadership communication and training.

Location: Tucson AZ
Hours: Monday - Friday start 2PM
Wage: $25 / hr

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support janitorial staff across assigned school sites.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure cleaning quality meets company and district standards.
• Train and coach team members on proper cleaning techniques equipment use and safety procedures.
• Communicate effectively with school administrators and district personnel regarding cleaning issues supply needs and service improvements.
• Identify and address performance issues promptly and professionally.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols schedules and company policies.
• Assist with scheduling coverage and quality control during absences or high-demand periods.

Qualifications

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required must be able to communicate clearly with both staff and clients.
• Minimum 2 years of janitorial or custodial management experience preferably in schools or large facilities.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to train motivate and build a positive team environment.
• Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel between multiple locations.
• Must pass background check and meet district clearance requirements
• Must have or be able to obtain Fingerprint clearance card
