Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid state licensure for Arizona
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
• Prior experience in school-based settings highly desirable
• Ability to develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans
• Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
• Adaptability in fast-paced, high-expectation environments

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive speech and language therapy services to K-12 students in-person (no teletherapy currently offered)
• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and interdisciplinary teams to promote student success
• Maintain accurate records in compliance with district guidelines
• Contribute to a positive and results-driven school culture
