Client Service Associate
Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated Client Service Associate to support client interactions, account coordination, and service delivery operations.
Key Responsibilities

Serve as a point of contact for client inquiries and service requests.

Maintain accurate client records and documentation.

Coordinate service scheduling and follow up on client needs.

Monitor client satisfaction and escalate concerns when necessary.

Support internal teams in delivering services efficiently.

Prepare reports and summaries related to client accounts.

Maintain professional and timely communication.
Qualifications

High school diploma required; Associates or Bachelors degree preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Detail-oriented and highly organized.

Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
