Clinical Quality Administrator
Clinical Quality Administrator – Full-Time

We are seeking a Clinical Quality Administrator to lead and support our Quality Assurance/Performance Improvement (QAPI) initiatives. This is a full-time, fully benefited position with opportunities for professional growth and leadership.
Schedule:
Monday–Friday
100% On-Site
(Some flexibility required for occasional morning, evening, or weekend hours)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, public health, nursing, social work, or a related field
- Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) or other quality-related certification
- Valid Arizona Driver’s License
- 3–5 years of experience in a clinical healthcare setting
- 2+ years in healthcare quality management and performance improvement
- Strong proficiency in:
- Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, dashboards)
- Power BI or Tableau
- SQL for healthcare data queries
- SPSS or SAS for statistical analysis
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and evaluate data to identify trends in quality-of-care concerns and clinical incidents
- Lead QAPI Committee and Quality Management Program initiatives
- Conduct root cause analyses and develop performance improvement plans
- Collaborate with executive leadership and the Clinical Compliance Officer to ensure regulatory compliance
- Maintain documentation, track deliverables, and ensure sustainability of quality improvements
- Identify and manage systemic issues requiring intervention
- Create and maintain Desk Level Procedures (DLPs)
