Hello! We are hiring for Mechanical Assembler here in Mesa, AZ! Overview

We're hiring experienced Mechanical Assemblers to put together central climate control units. You'll work with detailed blueprints and schematics, troubleshoot issues, and help train junior team members. This role is hands-on, collaborative, and key to maintaining high-quality production standards.

Shift timings

• Monday- Thursday 6am- 4:30pm

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical components and subassemblies with precision.
• Read and follow technical drawings and specifications.
• Diagnose and fix assembly and product issues.
• Train and support junior assemblers.
• Ensure safety and compliance across the team.
• Recommend process improvements to boost efficiency.
• Collaborate with engineers and other departments.
• Conduct final product inspections and testing.
• Manage parts inventory and maintain stock levels.
• Operate and calibrate assembly equipment.
• Follow lean manufacturing practices.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of assembly (large parts) or manufacturing experience.
• Open to candidates with experience fixing cars or working in construction.
• Skilled in reading technical documents and schematics.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Able to meet deadlines under pressure.

Work Schedule & Environment

• Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM (Fridays off!).
• 10 hours of holiday pay for Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Day.
• Must work the day before each holiday; paid the day after.
• Physical requirements: lift/move up to 35 lbs, stand, kneel, climb ladders.
• PPE required; good manual dexterity and coordination needed.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
